REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Akshayjyot Foundation Chandrapur is a registered nonprofit organisation dedicated to rural development, free eye care, and community-awareness programs.

1. No Refund on Donations

All donations made to Akshayjyot Foundation Chandrapur are final and non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed—whether online, offline, UPI, or bank transfer—it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions

If a donor believes an accidental duplicate transaction or technical error has occurred, they may contact us within 48 hours with valid proof. We will review the case and take appropriate action as per regulatory guidelines.

3. Tax Receipts

We issue donation receipts that can be used for statutory or taxation purposes as applicable.
